This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Lucky Rule platform operated by NORTHVERIS LTD. The AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and must be read together with them. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
The Platform is made available solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment use by individuals aged 18 and over, accessing from a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited and does not create legal, regulatory, payment, sanctions, fraud, or compliance risk for NORTHVERIS LTD. Any use of the Platform other than as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use and this AUP is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited. Breach of this AUP may result in account restriction, suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of transactions, reporting to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law, and/or legal action where appropriate.
(a) Age Restriction Violations
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false date of birth, identity, residence, location, or registration information.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
(b) Fraudulent and Abusive Conduct
• Using stolen, compromised, cloned, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment cards or payment methods.
• Making purchases and later initiating payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests using false, misleading, or unsubstantiated information.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, access restrictions, age controls, sanctions controls, payment controls, or any other Platform rule.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or allowing unauthorised use of account credentials.
• Account takeover through any means, including phishing, credential stuffing, malware, or social engineering.
(c) Technical Abuse
• Using bots, scripts, macros, emulators, automated tools, or any unauthorised technical method to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Conducting or facilitating denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, vulnerability probing, scraping, or unauthorised testing.
• Injecting malicious code, exploiting bugs, manipulating game outcomes, or interfering with Platform security or integrity.
• Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, false information, alternative payment methods, or other methods to bypass location, age, payment, sanctions, fraud prevention, or compliance controls.
(d) Restricted Jurisdictions
• Accessing, registering, making purchases, receiving promotions, or otherwise using the Platform from the United States of America, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus, Israel, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Cuba, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or any country or territory subject to applicable OFAC, UK, EU, UN or other sanctions restrictions.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent location, residence, payment, or sanctions controls to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform where such use is unlawful, requires a licence or authorisation that NORTHVERIS LTD does not hold, or is restricted by payment service provider, sanctions, or internal compliance requirements.
(e) Misuse of Platform Features
• Misrepresenting Platform functionality to third parties, including claiming that Virtual Coins have cash, withdrawal, transfer, prize, investment, stored-value, or redemption value.
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate financial crime, process unauthorised payments, or conceal the source or destination of funds.
• Using the Platform in connection with illegal activity, abusive activity, unlawful promotions, or any conduct that may expose NORTHVERIS LTD to legal, regulatory, payment, sanctions, fraud, or compliance risk.
3. Consequences of Breach
We reserve the right, acting reasonably and where appropriate without prior notice, to take any of the following actions in response to an actual or suspected breach of this AUP:
• temporarily suspend, restrict, or review access to your account pending investigation;
• reject, cancel, reverse, or review transactions where fraud, abuse, restricted-jurisdiction access, or breach of Platform rules is suspected;
• permanently close your account in cases of serious, repeated, or confirmed breach, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law;
• remove, restrict, or disable access to Virtual Coins where this is necessary to address fraud, abuse, restricted-jurisdiction access, or breach of the Terms of Use, except where prohibited by mandatory law;
• report the matter to law enforcement, regulators, financial institutions, card schemes, payment service providers, or other relevant authorities where required or permitted by law;
• pursue civil or criminal legal proceedings where appropriate, including to recover losses, chargeback costs, processing fees, legal expenses, or damages;
• share relevant account, technical, and transaction data with payment service providers, banks, card schemes, regulators, law enforcement, and professional advisers where necessary and lawful for fraud prevention, dispute management, compliance, legal claims, or enforcement of our rights.
Account closure or suspension under this AUP does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred before closure or suspension.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any conduct on or affecting the Platform that you believe breaches this AUP, please report it to support@lucky-rule.r-one.dev with as much detail as possible. We will review credible reports and may take appropriate action in accordance with this AUP, the Terms of Use, and applicable law.
5. Location and Compliance Controls
We may use IP-address checks, payment information, account information, device and session signals, sanctions screening, and other risk-based checks, where technically implemented and lawful, to help identify restricted-jurisdiction access, fraud, underage access, prohibited payments, sanctions exposure, or other compliance risks.
Circumventing location, age, payment, sanctions, fraud prevention, or compliance controls using VPNs, proxies, Tor, false information, alternative payment methods, or any other technical or practical means constitutes a material breach of this AUP and the Terms of Use. Accounts reasonably suspected of such circumvention may be suspended, restricted, reviewed, or closed.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may amend this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, law, payment service provider requirements, sanctions requirements, or internal compliance controls. Material updates will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
