Lucky Rule is a social casino. The games here are for entertainment only, played with Virtual Coins that have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Even so, repeated play with social casinos can develop into a habit that affects time, money, relationships or wellbeing. This page sets out how we approach responsible play and where to find independent help.
Our commitments
- Adults only. Registration and use of the Site are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Date of birth is collected and confirmed at sign-up, an age-gate is shown on first visit, and we may verify age at any later point. Accounts we have a reasonable basis to believe belong to a minor are closed and any associated coin balance is forfeited.
- No real-money gambling. We do not offer any prize, payout or convertible value. There is nothing to "win back". This is explicit on every purchase screen.
- Spending limits. We apply a monthly purchase cap of {{MONTHLY_CAP}} per user. We do not allow that cap to be raised. If you would like a lower personal cap, contact {{RG_EMAIL}} and we will apply it to your account.
- Account close. You can close your account at any time by emailing {{RG_EMAIL}} or {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Once closed, you cannot purchase any further Virtual Coins.
- Information and signposting. We provide the warning signs and the help-line contacts on this page, link to it from the site header and footer, and remind you of it in confirmation messages and operator-led communication.
Warning signs
You may benefit from cutting back or pausing if any of the following apply:
- You spend more on Virtual Coin packages than you originally planned, or more than you can comfortably afford.
- You play to escape stress, low mood, anxiety or boredom.
- You think about play frequently when doing other things.
- Play interferes with sleep, work, study or relationships.
- You hide the amount of time or money you spend on the Site from people close to you.
- You feel restless or irritable when you cannot play.
Recognising these patterns early is the most important step. The organisations below offer free, confidential help.
Where to get help
The following organisations are independent of Lucky Rule and provide free, confidential advice and treatment.
- BeGambleAware (UK) —
https://www.begambleaware.org— 24/7 national gambling helpline: 0808 8020 133. - GamCare (UK) —
https://www.gamcare.org.uk— free counselling and self-help tools. - Gambling Therapy (international) —
https://www.gamblingtherapy.org— multilingual support online. - Gamblers Anonymous —
https://www.gamblersanonymous.org/ga/locations— local meetings worldwide.
If you are in immediate distress, please contact your local emergency services.
Self-help tools you can use today
- Set a budget before you play. Decide the maximum monthly amount you are comfortable purchasing in Virtual Coins, and stop when you reach it.
- Use site-blocking software. Tools such as Gamban (
https://www.gamban.com) or your operating system's screen-time controls can block access to social casinos for chosen periods. - Talk to someone. Telling a friend, family member or counsellor often reduces the secrecy that lets habits grow.
- Take a break. Step away for at least 7 days; many people find the urge fades quickly with distance from the screen.
Asking for a cool-off or closure
To request a cool-off (temporary block) or to permanently close your account, write to {{RG_EMAIL}} from the email address registered on your account. State whether you want:
- A cool-off — and the period (we honour 7, 30 or 90 days; longer on request).
- Account closure — permanent. We cannot reopen a closed account.
We act on these requests within one business day.
For family and friends
If you are worried about someone else's play on Lucky Rule, you can contact {{RG_EMAIL}}. Where we can verify your concern reasonably, we may apply a cool-off or other protective measure to the account.
