This policy explains why purchases of Virtual Coins on lucky-rule.r-one.dev (the "Site"), operated by {{COMPANY_NAME}}, are non-refundable and what to do in the limited cases where a refund may still apply.
1. Nature of the purchase
When you buy a Virtual Coin package you are purchasing digital content delivered immediately. The coins are credited to your account at the moment your payment provider confirms the transaction. Coins exist only inside the Site, have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash or any other consideration (see the Virtual Coins Policy).
By starting the purchase you (a) expressly request immediate provision of the digital content, and (b) acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to a non-tangible digital purchase under {{APPLICABLE_LAW}} or under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This consent is recorded on the deposit confirmation screen.
2. The general rule: all purchases are final
For the reasons above, all coin purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies whether the coins are still in your balance or have been used in a game, and whether the account is open, suspended or closed.
3. Limited exceptions
We will consider a refund only in the following cases:
- Duplicate or unauthorised charge — the payment provider charged you twice for the same purchase, or charged you for a purchase you can demonstrate you did not authorise (for example, by reporting card theft promptly to your bank).
- Failed delivery — your payment cleared but the corresponding Virtual Coins were not credited to your account and we cannot credit them after investigation.
- Mandatory consumer law — a court or competent authority in your country of residence orders a refund under mandatory consumer-protection rules that cannot be excluded by contract.
- Underage user — we discover (or you demonstrate) that the account belonged to a person under 18 at the time of purchase. In this case we will close the account, void the coin balance and refund the documented purchase amount through the original payment method, subject to verification.
4. How to request a refund in a permitted case
Send an email to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} from the address registered on your account, within 30 days of the purchase, including:
- the transaction reference (
trxvalue from your Purchase History); - the date and amount of the purchase;
- the reason and any supporting evidence (e.g. bank statement, police report, court order, age document).
We acknowledge requests within two business days and decide within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only; we do not pay refunds in cash or to a different account.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer or bank does not, by itself, secure a refund: card schemes may reject chargebacks for digital-content purchases where consent to immediate delivery was given. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of unused coins. Please contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} first — we resolve most disputes within a week and faster than a chargeback procedure.
